Reporters

Reporter mouse models provide systems that enable the studies of live cell imaging, cell lineage tracing, immunological research and cancers etc. in vivo. Our off-the-shelf reporter mouse models, including random reporter strains, Cre-based reporter strains and ROSA26 reporter strains,  are well established.

Research Application:Reporter mouse; This reporter mice have a loxp-flanked STOP sequence. When crossed with Cre-expressing mice, cre-mediated recombination between the two loxP sites deletes the STOP cassette and hence induces zsgreen gene expression.
